About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Agri Irrigation Sales Executive to drive the sales and market development of our ••irrigation products.• The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, developing dealer and distributor networks, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in irrigation sales, agriculture sales, or general sales are preferred. Experience in selling irrigation products such as QCV, sprinkler systems, Rain guns

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of •agricultural irrigation products•• and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Generate new leads through field visits, customer meetings, dealer networks, and market development.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and applications to customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, farmers, and key customers.

• Identify new dealers and distributors and expand the company's irrigation product network.

• Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and customer requirements to close sales.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic guidance on suitable irrigation products.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activities, and customer demand.

• Collect market feedback and identify opportunities for increasing irrigation product sales.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

• Maintain daily field visit reports, sales reports, customer records, and sales pipeline updates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, /Any degree

• Experience:2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in irrigation, agriculture, agricultural equipment, or related products.

Candidates with •general sales experience•• and a strong interest in irrigation product sales can also apply.

• Good communication, negotiation, convincing, and customer-handling skills.

• Strong field-sales and business-development skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new customers.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
