Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the positions of Sales Executive and Sales Manager in its Sales & Marketing department.

Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, with an interest in real estate sales, customer handling and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and handle potential customer leads.

Follow up with leads and manage customer enquiries.

Handle walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

Explain real estate projects and property details to prospective customers.

Coordinate and arrange property site visits.

Maintain regular customer follow-ups and build strong relationships.

Convert prospective leads into successful sales.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Any graduate can apply.

MBA specialization in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

Real estate sales experience or experience in sales in any other industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Proficiency in Tamil and English is required.

Must be comfortable handling walk-in clients, customer follow-ups and property site visits.

Both male and female candidates are eligible.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Incentives

For Freshers:

Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.

Incentives starting from a minimum of ₹10,000.

For Experienced Candidates:

Salary: ₹20,000 per month, based on performance.

Incentives: ₹20 per sq. ft.
