manufacturing brand—and we need people who want to sell hard, learn fast, and grow quickly.
This role is for someone who is hungry, curious, and not afraid to pick up the phone, talk to customers across India, and close deals.
What You’ll Do
Generate business—this is not a passive role
Reach out to leads, qualify them, and convert them into paying customers
Sell CNC machines, spindles, and upgrades using a consultative + technical approach
Speak with founders, factory owners, engineers, and decision-makers daily
Handle end-to-end sales: first contact → requirement understanding → closing
Build long-term relationships, not just one-time transactions
Use CRM/ERP tools to track and manage your pipeline
Execute fast, iterate faster—this is a startup, not a slow corporate setup
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (you should be comfortable talking to anyone)
High ownership mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
Willingness to learn technical products (CNC machines, spindles, manufacturing
processes)
Comfort with rejection and persistence to push through it
Basic understanding of sales or a strong desire to learn
