Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell CCTV surveillance systems and security products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, biometric devices, networking products, and security accessories.

• Identify new dealers, distributors, system integrators, and end customers.

• Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase branch revenue.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending payments.

• Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features.

• Coordinate with the service team for installation and after-sales support.

• Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market trends.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Required Skills

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV, Security Systems, Networking, or IT product sales.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Knowledge

• CCTV Brands: Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, UNV, Prama, Secureye, etc.

• Networking devices: Routers, Switches, PoE Switches.

• Basic IP addressing and network configuration.

• Quotation preparation and customer follow-up.
