About the Role
Agrreen is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our brand and increase sales across online and offline channels. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating sales, building customer relationships, and supporting other business operations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
Manage online sales channels, social media promotions, and digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate product promotions, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Visit clients, distributors, and retail outlets whenever required.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations.
Assist in additional operational, administrative, or business-related tasks assigned by the management as per organizational requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and promotional activities.
