Explain product features, benefits, and application areas to customers (training will be provided).
Collect technical requirements from customers and share with the design team.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups.Build long-term relationships to enhance repeat business.
Maintain marketing records including enquiries, meeting notes, follow-up details, and order status.
