Job Title: Senior FMCG Sales Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior FMCG Sales Executive with 5–6 years of proven experience in sales, distribution management, and market development. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in FMCG operations, capable of managing key accounts, leading market expansion, and achieving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

• Manage existing accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Ensure visibility, merchandising, and availability of products across assigned territories.

• Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Drive sales growth through effective route planning and territory management.

• Negotiate trade deals, pricing with channel partners.

• Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports.

• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support business objectives.

• Train and mentor junior sales staff when required.

• Participate in trade promotions, product launches, and market activation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 5–6 years of experience in FMCG sales.

• Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail operations, and FMCG consumer dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

• Proficiency in reporting systems.
