Generate leads through calls, visits, exhibitions, and online platforms.
B. Product Presentation & Demonstration
Present furniture products, catalogues, samples, and technical specifications to clients.
Explaination About Our Product and Quality
C. Pricing & Quotation
Prepare accurate quotations, BOQs, and technical proposals ( If Required)
Negotiate prices, timelines, and project terms with customers.( As Per Management Guidelines)
D. Order Conversion & Closing
Follow up with customers for approvals and PO finalization.
E. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with clients.
Handle post-sales support related to deliveries, installation, and service issues.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
