Position: Sales & Accounts Executive
Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities
Handle IndiaMART enquiries and generate new B2B leads.
Call potential and existing customers and develop business relationships.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.
Generate GST invoices, bills and sales entries in BUSY Accounting.
Follow up with customers for advance payments and outstanding payments.
Maintain customer ledgers and receivables.
Coordinate customer orders, dispatches and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and routine purchase follow-ups.
Maintain daily sales, quotation and payment reports.
Support the owner in growing the company’s customer base and sales.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/accounts.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Experience with BUSY Accounting is required.
Knowledge of GST billing and basic accounting.
Comfortable with customer calls, follow-ups and payment collection.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Experience in B2B, industrial or manufacturing sales will be preferred.
