Sales & Marketing Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-         

GEM Portal Management :--
• Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM portal, including registration, product listing, bidding, and compliance.
• Monitor and track orders, quotations, and tenders on the GeM portal.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of company profile, product catalog, and pricing.
• Tender & Bidding:
• Identify relevant tenders and opportunities that align with company offerings.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids with all required documentation.
• Track bid status and coordinate for clarifications or negotiations when required.
• Vendor/Buyer Coordination:
• Communicate with vendors and buyers to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Resolve queries, discrepancies, or issues related to orders and payments.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with all GeM portal policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of transactions, bids, invoices, and contracts.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate periodic reports on portal performance, revenue, and new opportunities.
• Analyze market trends on the portal to provide strategic insights for business growth.
