Job Title:• Tele Sales Executive / Tele Caller – Real Estate
Role:•
Hiring tele callers for selling fractional real estate and plotted projects. You’ll handle inbound/outbound enquiries, qualify leads, pitch projects, and book site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries from potential buyers.
2. Make outbound calls to leads and explain fractional property offerings clearly.
3. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable plots/projects.
4. Pitch project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
5. Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into site visits and closures.
6. Maintain lead records and update status in CRM/Excel.
Skills Required:
1. Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi. Clear, confident speaking skills.
2. Sales Skills: Good convincing ability, objection handling, and closing mindset.
3. Attitude: Pleasant, patient, professional on calls. Target-driven.
4. Experience: 0-3 years in real estate, telemarketing, or sales. Freshers with strong communication can apply.
5. Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM/Excel.
Salary & Incentives:
- In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Incentive: 1% – 2% of gross sales closed
