Job Description

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the real estate market and an established network of Channel Partners (CPs). The role involves developing and managing CP relationships, generating qualified business opportunities, driving site visits and converting prospects into bookings.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development & Channel Partner Management

Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales activities.
Build, expand and manage a strong network of Channel Partners / Property Consultants.
Drive CP empanelment and continuously activate existing and new partners.
Conduct regular meetings with CPs to generate leads and business opportunities.
Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through the channel network.
Review CP performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.

2. Client Relationship & Sales Conversion

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects/products.
Maintain strong product and project-level knowledge, including pricing, inventory, specifications, amenities and USPs.
Follow up effectively with prospects generated through CPs and direct channels.
Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
Work closely with the Team Lead/Sales Head to move prospects from enquiry to booking.
Build long-term relationships with customers and Channel Partners.

3. Market & Competitor Intelligence

Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, inventory and sales strategies.
Stay updated on local real estate market trends and developments.
Develop strong relationships with property consultants, brokers and industry professionals.
Share relevant market intelligence with the management and sales team.

4. Sales Process & Reporting

Maintain accurate lead, prospect and CP records.
Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead tracking.
Prepare regular sales, CP performance and pipeline reports.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies and compliance standards.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and closure.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales.
Prior experience handling Channel Partners / Property Consultants is preferred.
Strong network of active CPs in the local real estate market will be an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Strong understanding of residential real estate projects, pricing and local market dynamics.
Candidates currently working with reputed real estate developers, brokerage firms or channel partners are encouraged to apply.
