Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and drive field sales initiatives in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of part-time advisors/agents while actively driving local lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train part-time sales advisors/agents

• Manage and support the performance of your field sales team

• Generate and convert leads through local outreach and networking

• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings across Delhi

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Report on performance metrics and provide data-driven insights

Requirements

• Graduation in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree minimum)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or BFSI sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work

• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a distributed team

• Familiarity with local geography of Delhi for effective client outreach
