Position: Sales Manager
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Sales (Travel & Tourism Industry Preferred)

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting.

• Ability to work under pressure and drive team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Recruit, train, coach, and monitor Sales Executives and Assistant Sales Managers.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase holiday package sales.

• Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure every Sales Executive generates a minimum of 10 new prospects daily.

• Conduct daily sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

• Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and channel partners.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Accounts, and Visa teams to ensure seamless customer service.

• Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and CRM updates.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).

Team Management Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and Assistant Sales Managers.

• Assign daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Review lead quality, conversion ratios, and individual productivity.

• Conduct regular performance appraisals and recommend training where required.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Drive team revenue and profitability.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

• Improve team productivity and conversion rates through continuous coaching.
