Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients.

  • Follow up with prospective clients.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers can apply)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
