Generate and convert sales leads for residential and commercial projects.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with prospective buyers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.

Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and enhance lead generation.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Stay updated on real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

2–4 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and close deals effectively.
