Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Handling day-to-day sales operations
Setting individual and team sales targets
Closing deals and negotiating with clients

Visiting clients (if field sales role)
