Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate investment sales, specifically in Studio Apartments, Service Apartments, and Resort Rooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and managing client relationships with investors seeking income-generating properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and real estate investors.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Prepare and present detailed investment proposals and ROI calculations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for campaign follow-ups.
Ensure excellent post-sales service and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in investment properties like service/studio apartments or resort rooms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of real estate investment returns and ROI-based selling.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
