Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and

  potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries

  and resolving issues promptly.

• Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify

  new business opportunities. Proactively manage client accounts to ensure repeat business

  and referrals.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure timely

  project delivery. Liaise with clients for project updates, approvals, and feedback.

• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer

  preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to refine

  strategies.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,

  agreements, and project updates. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback from customer
