We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals, analyzing data, building client relationships, and guiding the sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales performance.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
Participate in key client meetings and negotiations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership and team management skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
