🏢 About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead, energize, and build a high-
performance sales culture at our Kota branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating
and executing effective marketing strategies, boosting lead conversions, and ensuring consistent
growth in plot/township sales. Preference will be given to candidates with prior real estate
experience, local market knowledge, and a proven track record in leading sales teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Team Leadership & Motivation
Lead and inspire a team of sales associates with regular mentoring, performance reviews, and
motivational sessions.
Drive a result-oriented culture with clear targets, structured incentives, and recognition systems.
🔹 Sales Strategy & Execution
Design and implement Kota-specific sales strategies to increase site visit conversions and final
bookings.
Monitor the complete sales funnel — from lead generation to deal closure — ensuring accurate
documentation and smooth customer experience.
🔹 Marketing & Promotions
Coordinate and execute on-ground branding, property expos, and local-level campaigns to
generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team for digital/social media presence, hoardings, banners, and
product visibility.
🔹 Market Intelligence
Maintain a pulse on the local real estate competition and customer expectations.
Build networks with brokers, influencers, and referral partners in Kota to widen market reach.
🔹 Backend Coordination & Reporting
Act as a liaison between the field team and internal departments like CRM, Documentation,
Marketing & Finance.Maintain timely reports: daily sales MIS, lead performance, site visit reports, and team
productivity tracking.
✅ Key Requirements
MBA (Marketing/Sales) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
2+ years of experience in field sales or business development (Real Estate experience strongly
preferred).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, market awareness, and closing ability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment.
