Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager with strong exposure to the manufacturing sector, especially with product costing knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing marketing activities, pricing analysis, and ensuring product profitability through accurate cost assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and manage key client accounts in B2B industrial sectors.
Collaborate with production and finance teams to analyze and determine accurate product costing.
Set pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market demand, and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare commercial proposals, technical presentations, and quotations with profitability in mind.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals ensuring healthy margins.
Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Ensure post-sales support, customer satisfaction, and relationship management.
Work with R&D and production for product improvements and customization based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
B.Tech / MBA (Sales & Marketing)
7+ years of relevant experience in sales & marketing within the manufacturing industry.
Proven knowledge of product costing, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industrial visits.
