Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead Sales Managers
• Assign and track company generated leads
• Ensure strong follow-ups and high conversion
• Monitor calls, site visits, and bookings
• Support in client handling, negotiations, and deals closures
• Maintain CRM updates and reports
• Train and guide team members
Requirements:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team handling experience
• Basic CRM knowledge
• Target-driven mindset
