Sales Manager

key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.

• Conduct daily team huddles, sales reviews, and performance meetings.

• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve conversion rates.

• Monitor calls and ensure adherence to sales scripts and quality standards.

• Ensure accurate explanation of insurance products, premiums, benefits, exclusions, and terms to customers.

• Track leads, follow-ups, policy conversions, and sales closures.

• Coordinate with operations, quality, training, and other departments.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.

• Handle escalations and support the team in closing complex sales.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable insurance regulations, and data privacy requirements.

• Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve productivity.
