Key Responsibilities:
�� Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our dealer network, corporate sales, and government contracts
�� Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
�� Build, manage, and mentor a 10-member sales team across different B2B verticals
�� Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, and corporate clients
�� Optimize B2B e-commerce and marketplace sales strategies for Amazon Business, Indiamart, and direct website sales
�� Track KPIs, sales performance, and incentive programs to drive team success
�� Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth sales execution
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Industry Equipment/ Tools/ Electronics/Hardware distribution
✅ Strong dealer & corporate network management skills
✅ Proven ability to drive high-value government sales and e-procurement deals
✅ Leadership experience in managing and scaling a high-performing sales team
✅ Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM tools & sales reporting
