We are seeking a CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing client communication, handling distributor leads, and ensuring a smooth process flow between internal teams and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up ability, and a proactive approach.
Manage & maintain CRM software with daily updates.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and distributors.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and closures.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Follow up with distributors, verify documents, and maintain records.
Solve customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Assist in marketing activities, proposal follow-ups, and meetings.
Ensure a professional approach in all communication channels.
