We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our consulting services sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B consultative selling, experience in professional services. They will engage with senior decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and offer tailored consulting solutions. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing complex B2B sales cycles. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Your work will directly impact revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
Identify, qualify, and close new consulting engagements across target industries.
Collaborate with consulting teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions for client needs.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective CRM management and outreach.
Preferred:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Prior experience in Sales
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Working Hours : 9 am - 6 pm
