Job Description

Job Title: Floor Manager – Mens Wear

Department: Sales- Mens

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Ethnic Menswear Floor Manager to oversee the ethnic menswear section at Kalki Fashion, a leading name in luxury ethnic fashion. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of ethnic menswear, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves managing the menswear floor, driving sales, leading a team, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, motivate, and manage the ethnic menswear sales team to ensure high performance and outstanding customer service.

Provide continuous training and development to the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

Conduct regular team meetings to discuss sales targets, product updates, and customer feedback.

Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that the team is engaged and focused on achieving store goals.

2. Product Knowledge and Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of Mens wear collections, trends, fabric types, and customization options.

Stay updated on new arrivals, exclusive collections, and special promotions to provide clients with the latest options.

Communicate detailed information about the design, fabric, stitching, and fit to ensure clients make informed decisions.

3. Customer Engagement & Service:

Ensure that customers receive personalized, professional, and exceptional service.

Guide customers in selecting ethnic menswear, providing styling advice, and helping them create the perfect look for various occasions.

Resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Foster a strong relationship with repeat customers to drive brand loyalty and referrals.

4. Sales & Target Achievement:

Achieve and exceed the sales targets for the ethnic menswear section.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase foot traffic, and maximize revenue.

Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing regular feedback and encouragement to meet or exceed goals.

Upsell and cross-sell ethnic menswear products such as sherwanis, kurtas, accessories, and footwear.

5. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

Oversee the daily operations of the ethnic menswear floor, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Ensure that all products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and visually aligned with Kalki Fashion’s high standards.

Assist in visual merchandising to highlight new arrivals, special collections, and seasonal trends.

Ensure that all stock is accurately tagged, sized, and displayed, and manage replenishment as needed.

6. Inventory & Order Management:

Oversee inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure that the ethnic menswear section is adequately stocked.

Assist with stocktaking, inventory management, and the timely replenishment of products.

Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery of customer orders, ensuring accurate size and fit.

7. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction:

Actively gather customer feedback and share it with the management team to improve customer service and product offerings.

Ensure that the team responds positively to customer suggestions and concerns, continuously improving the customer experience.

Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring that customers leave with a positive impression and are likely to return.

8. Brand Representation & Promotion:

Uphold the brand image of Kalki Fashion, ensuring that all interactions with customers reflect the company’s values of quality, luxury, and exceptional service.

Promote new collections, special promotions, and store events to increase customer engagement and drive sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Fashion, Retail Management, or Business is a plus.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team in ethnic wear, menswear, or luxury fashion.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

In-depth knowledge of ethnic menswear styles, fabrics, and current trends.

Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating personalized shopping experiences.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and staff.

Organizational skills, with the ability to manage store operations efficiently.

Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems is a plus.

A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for fashion and customer satisfaction.

Personal Traits:

Passion for fashion and Mens wear.

A positive, professional, and approachable demeanor.

Empathetic and patient, with an ability to manage sometimes emotional or high-stress situations.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

Shift Time: 11 AM to 9 PM.

Working Days: Monday – Sunday (1 rotational week-off between Monday to Thursday).

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, assist clients with dress fittings, and manage the organization of the menswear area.
