Job Description

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

  • Increase footfall conversion %

  • Improve average bill value (UPT & ASP)

  • Push high-margin and fast-moving products

  • Handle key customers & bulk orders

2. Store Operations

  • Opening & closing the store on time

  • Daily cash handling & reconciliation

  • Billing, refunds, exchanges

  • Stock inward, GRN, tagging & display

  • Maintain store hygiene & discipline

3. Inventory Management

  • Maintain optimum stock levels

  • Avoid overstock & dead stock

  • Plan replenishment with distributors

  • Track fast-moving & slow-moving SKUs

  • Control pilferage & damages

4. Visual Merchandising

  • Attractive product display

  • Window & front display planning

  • Offer boards & signage

  • Seasonal theme setup

  • Mannequin & rack management
