Wander Nova Tourism is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have proven success in B2B sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-lasting partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel clients.
You will play a key leadership role in driving revenue, expanding our global B2B network, and shaping strategic growth for one of the fastest-growing travel brands.
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate B2B clients.
Create and execute high-impact B2B sales strategies focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing models for B2B clients.
Collaborate with operations and product teams to design tailored travel packages for corporate, group, and incentive travel.
Represent Wander Nova at travel events, trade shows, and roadshows.
Lead and mentor a high-performing B2B sales team.
Track sales performance using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and deliver data-driven insights.
Ensure exceptional service delivery and relationship management for long-term client retention.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the travel industry (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, tour operators).
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of travel ecosystems: corporate travel, group travel, incentive travel, B2B booking channels.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage contracts and pricing.
Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and analytical sales reporting.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic travel environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
