Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities will include -

• Sales & Customer Management -

• Generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

• Regularly visit dealers, retailers and project sites to drive product demand and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and orders to ensure timely closure and delivery.

• Market Development -

• Identify and onboard new retailers, contractors and plumbing professionals.

• Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations when needed.

• Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

• Product Knowledge & Promotion -

• Maintain deep knowledge of plumbing products, PVC/CPVC/UPVC pipes, fittings and accessories.

• Promote new product lines, schemes and offers to customers.

• Coordination & Reporting -

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections and customer feedback.

• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager/Partners.

Candidate Requirements -

• Experience -

2-4 Years of Sales Experience in the Pipes, Plumbing, Sanitaryware or Construction materials industry.

• Qualifications -

Graduate in any discipline. Technical Diploma/Background in plumbing or civil-related fields is a plus.

• Skills -

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Negotiation and closing skills.

• Knowledge of the Indore and surrounding regional market.

• Basic computer skills(MS Excel, Email, CRM Tools).

• Other -

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

• Willing to travel within Indore and nearby regions for field visits.

• Only males are required.

• Working Hours - 10am to 7pm(Monday to Saturday).

• Salary - Competitive salary depending on experience level.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
