Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development activities, drive new customer acquisition, and achieve sales targets for our Chit Fund business. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Chit Fund industry or relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, Microfinance, or BFSI. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, expanding the customer base, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new chit group enrollments and achieve monthly business targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide guidance to the team.
Ensure timely collection coordination by working closely with branch operations.
Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales executives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage).
3–7 years of experience in Sales, with Chit Fund experience preferred.
Candidates from NBFC, Banking, Insurance, Microfinance, Gold Loans, Housing Finance, or other BFSI sectors are also encouraged to apply.
Proven experience in team handling and target-based sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of the Bangalore market is preferred.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
