Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new Channel Sales Partners, Distributors, and Business Associates.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the channel network across assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide training, guidance, and support to channel partners on products, services, and sales processes.
Monitor partner performance and develop action plans for improvement.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
Ensure timely resolution of partner and customer concerns.
Track sales performance, pipeline, and revenue generation through channel partners.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth partner onboarding and operations.
Drive partner engagement programs, promotional activities, and incentive schemes.
