Sales Manager

Svaika Corporate Private Limited is looking for a professional, target-oriented Sourcing Manager to join their team in Pune at Wagholi. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

1. Property Sourcing: Identify and secure properties that meet our investment criteria, including office, retail, industrial, and residential assets.

2. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and other key stakeholders.

4. Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and prices with property owners and their representatives.

5. Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence efforts, including property inspections, environmental assessments, and financial analysis.

6. Portfolio Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of sourced properties, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, finance, and asset management.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or a related field.

2. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

4. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.Job Requirements:
