We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team for Solar EPC projects (Residential, Commercial, Institutional & Industrial).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Tele-callers and Field Sales Executives.
Drive lead generation, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets (kW & Revenue).
Monitor team performance and daily activities.
Coordinate with technical team for smooth project execution.
Build strong relationships with customers, RWAs, and channel partners.
Requirements:
5–10 years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in Solar / Renewable Energy sector.
Proven experience in managing Tele-calling + Field Sales team.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
