Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (Prime Segment). The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the Prime Segment.

• Identify and source potential customers through direct sales, builder channels, and referrals.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Maintain awareness of local market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan / Housing Finance / LAP Sales.

• Strong understanding of the local market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
