Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the sales team, support lead generation activities, and help increase company sales and revenue. The candidate will be responsible for implementing lead generation strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Manage and supervise Telecallers and Sales Executives
Assign daily and monthly targets
Monitor team performance and provide guidance
Support team in improving conversions
Lead Generation & Execution
Implement lead generation plans provided by management
Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow and quality
Ensure proper follow-up and lead handling by team
Suggest ideas to improve lead generation
Sales & Revenue Growth
Ensure team achieves monthly sales targets
Track conversions and identify improvement areas
Support team in closing high-potential leads
Help increase overall company revenue
Reporting & Process Management
Maintain sales and lead reports
Track daily performance of team
Ensure proper CRM / Excel updates
Report performance to management
Required Skills

Eligibility
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales / Business Development
Any Graduate
