We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Head - Delhi to lead our beverage sales operations across Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will drive growth, build strong distribution networks, and lead a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue and market share goals.
Develop and execute state sales strategy for beverages.
Lead and mentor sales teams.
Strengthen distributor and retail network across GT, MT & HoReCa channels.
Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Drive trade marketing, visibility, and market activation plans.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational excellence.
Ensure timely payment collection and distributor account reconciliation
MBA / Graduate with 10–15 years of FMCG sales experience.
Proven success in managing beverage or packaged goods categories.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Hands-on approach with a growth and execution mindset.
