Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing team performance, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure accountability across the team.
