Job Description

We are looking for a goal-oriented and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or EdTech sector, and should be capable of leading a team to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups

  • Manage and lead a sales team; assign targets and provide training and support

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with prospective clients

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for upper management

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, EdTech, or service-based industries

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to manage teams and handle client relationships effectively

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven
