SpaceSync Estates is a fast-growing real estate company in Bengaluru, helping customers find their Residential villa plots, Villa, Apartments, Farmlands, Constructions, Interior designs and investment properties. We are expanding our sales team and looking for aggressive, target-driven Sales Managers to join us.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Sales & Lead Generation

- Generate leads through *cold calling, field visits, walk-ins, and digital leads* from Meta, Google, 99acres, Magicbricks

- Follow up on all inbound and outbound leads till closure

- Maintain daily lead and follow-up reports in CRM/Excel

*Client Handling*

- Schedule and conduct *site visits* for clients

- Show properties, explain project USPs, pricing, and payment plans

- Handle client objections, *convince and negotiate* to close deals

- Coordinate with documentation and legal team for booking and registration

*Targets & Growth*

- Achieve monthly sales targets for plots/flats

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients

- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs

*Must-Have Requirements*

1. 0-5 years experience in Real Estate Sales. Freshers with strong sales background can also apply

2. Proven track record of lead generation and deal closure in real estate

3. Excellent communication and convincing skills in *Kannada, Hindi, and English*

4. Comfortable with *cold calling, field work, and daily targets*

5. Own Two-Wheeler + Valid DL + Android Smartphone Compulsory

6. Willing to work from office in Jigani, Bengaluru 6 days a week

7. Target-oriented, energetic, and good at negotiation
