We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹50000 - ₹60000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Head in PAN-India sales for Security Surveillance systems across Defence, MNCs, and core sectors.
Drive sales, marketing, business development, and client acquisition.
Coordinate with installation/technical teams for project execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance for installations and client interactions.
Conduct customer training on product usage, safety, and maintenance.
Provide strong client support and build long-term relationships.
Gather client feedback during field visits and share with product teams.
Report regularly on sales activities, challenges, and customer feedback.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Degree in Business, Sales, or related field and 5 - 8 years of experience. The candidate should have experience in sales, marketing, business development, and project execution, with strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must be proficient in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical/protective systems, and capable of effectively managing client relationships. The role requires extensive travel across India, training clients on product usage and safety, and maintaining accurate technical and compliance documentation.
