Key responsibilities
Customer engagement: Greet and build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Product knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all bikes, features, and benefits to effectively advise customers.
Sales and closing: Demonstrate products, answer questions, negotiate prices, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales support: Arrange financing and insurance options for customers and coordinate bike delivery.
Showroom maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing, including managing product displays.
Administration: Handle paperwork, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
After-sales service: Provide excellent after-sales support and build lasting customer relationships.
Team collaboration: Work with other sales team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Required skills and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for motorcycles and a positive, dynamic attitude.
Previous sales experience is often required or preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
