**SITVIK RENEW PRIVATE LIMITED, Jaipur**
**Role:** Build and manage a channel partner network that generates commissioned rooftop solar projects.
**Territory:** Jaipur and nearby districts
**Responsibilities**
- **Identify** potential partners: electricians, contractors, solar and electrical dealers, builders, and local agents.
- **Onboard** partners: complete KYC, the partner agreement and CRM setup, and explain the commission structure.
- **Train** partners on solar basics, the PM Surya Ghar process, pricing and customer handling.
- **Activate** partners by guiding lead generation and supporting their first customer closures.
- **Track** partner performance, re-activate inactive partners, and report weekly to the MD.
**KPIs**
- Partners onboarded
- Active partners
- Leads per partner
- Commissioned projects through the channel
**Requirements**
- Graduate; MBA or Electrical background preferred
- 3–6 years in channel or dealer sales (solar or electricals preferred)
- Existing local network in Jaipur and nearby districts
- Fluent Hindi; working knowledge of CRM tools
- Own two-wheeler; field travel required
**Compensation:** Fixed salary plus incentive per commissioned project.
