Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and property-related requirements Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure smooth transactions Maintain a portfolio of accounts and track client interactions and deals Generate new business opportunities through referrals and networking Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales/account management (preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Ability to handle multiple clients and deadline
