Position: Sales Head
Location: Gurugram
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Age Criteria: 25 – 40 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales process for real estate projects.
Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a sales pipeline.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

2 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market and customer handling.
Candidate age should be between 25 and 40 years.
