We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at at Sbi Life . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Recruit a team of Insurance Advisors.
To train Advisors on Product, Process and services.
Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
Support Advisors in field for sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
