Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting business development initiatives through proactive client engagement, presentation of technical-commercial proposals, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate will work closely with architects, builders, developers, Contractors and PMC consultants to drive project opportunities in the construction and building materials segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales and marketing teams in developing and presenting techno commercial proposals for scaffolding and formwork solutions.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and project management consultants (PMCs).
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and drawings.
• Track and follow up on leads, tenders, and project opportunities through various digital and offline channels.
• Support corporate presentations, exhibitions, and marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
• Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to strengthen the company’s positioning.
Candidate Profile
• Female candidate with at least 4–5 years of experience in front-end sales or pre sales roles. • Background in real estate, UPVC windows, or building materials industry is essential.
• Postgraduate Qualification: PGDBM or MBA (Marketing preferred). • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites and client locations in Delhi-NCR.
• Pleasant personality, confident demeanour, and strong client handling abilities.
