Job Title: Sales Manager (Female) – Industrial B2B

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage industrial B2B business opportunities

  • Handle the complete sales process independently – enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and dealers

  • Lead and guide a small sales team to achieve targets and ensure smooth execution

  • Coordinate internally for order processing, dispatch, and timely delivery

  • Ensure payment follow-ups and manage outstanding collections

  • Maintain accurate customer data, sales records, and MIS reports

  • Track customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity

  • Support product promotion and overall business development initiatives

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in Industrial B2B sales / business development

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to manage and guide a small sales team

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused

  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 4–8 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales / Business Development

  • Prior experience in team handling is preferred

Role Nature

BDM-style individual contributor with team responsibilities

Focused on business generation, client coordination, revenue growth, and guiding the team
