Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at STG Group, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Sales Manager will focus on driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring team performance, conducting training sessions, and ensuring superior customer service standards to strengthen client relationships. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing sales metrics, and contributing to the development of market penetration strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and oversee team activities
Experience in providing Training to develop and motivate sales staff
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and derive insights
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the construction materials or wood product industry is a plus
